For PALFINGER’s Project & Data Organization (PDO) we created an end‑to‑end communication campaign that marries strategic clarity with innovative formats. Because the PDO itself is a highly complex topic and hard for many employees to understand, it was crucial to craft communication that is both understandable and impactful.

Our objective: position the PDO as a central centre of excellence within the company — seamlessly embedded in the existing communication ecosystem while introducing fresh, new approaches. To achieve this, we defined a clear narrative and master messages, designed the visual identity, and conceived and built a dedicated SharePoint platform. Creative formats such as an AI‑driven video‑testimonial series set new standards for internal communication.

● Strategic communication:

Developing a clear narrative, master messages and a long‑term communication strategy to make a complex topic tangible.

● Innovative content formats:

Creating the PDO Success Stories, a video‑testimonial series featuring AI avatars that convey complex content authentically, plus creative roll‑out materials to maximise reach.

● Visual & digital identity:

Designing PDO branding (logo, imagery, MS Teams backgrounds, e‑mail signatures, posters) and conceiving a dedicated SharePoint site as the central information hub.

● Top‑level management communication:

Producing multiple slide decks to present the PDO communication project at executive level, clearly positioning its strategic importance.

● Measurable impact:

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the campaign to optimise actions and ensure lasting anchoring.

The challenge

The PDO is a complex, data‑driven organisational unit whose importance isn’t obvious at first glance. The task was to convey its content in a way that is clear, tangible and convincing — for specialist departments and the entire company alike — while embedding the campaign seamlessly in the existing internal communications ecosystem.

Our approach

A blend of clarity, structure and innovation. We leveraged the existing corporate‑communications infrastructure, gave the PDO its own visual identity and opened new channels through digital formats and AI‑powered content. Every asset was tailored to its audience, engaging both management and frontline teams and sparking lasting enthusiasm for the PDO.
